Our Boomers and Bikes℠ program explores a different trail each month, April through November. Our cycling team will take care of everything – you just need to bring your bike, your helmet and your sense of adventure!

Let’s hit the trail...Spend a Saturday morning with AARP in St. Louis on a guided hike.
Recommended supplies to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and repellent. A hat, hiking pole, and hard sole boots are also a good idea. In addition, everyone must bring their own supply of water.
