Every day, family caregivers across Maryland help parents, spouses, relatives, friends and neighbors live safely and independently. During National Family Caregivers Month this November, AARP Maryland is celebrating their work with a statewide series of free events designed to inform, support and inspire.

From CAREversations and educational workshops to wellness activities, pickleball clinics and a special screening of Wine, Women & Dementia, the 2026 Caregiving Blitz will offer caregivers and their families opportunities to connect, recharge and discover practical resources for the caregiving journey.
