Electricity rates are an essential pocketbook issue for Maine residents 50-plus and their families, many of whom struggle to pay their utility bills along with other household expenses like food and medicine. There are several ways to get involved and we encourage you to sign up to receive our email and/or text updates on this important issue (see below). - Advocated on behalf of low-income Mainers to reduce costly subsidies to alternative energy providers.
