Sopa de fideo is a comforting traditional Mexican soup that warms both hearts and stomachs. Chef and historian Maite Gomez-Rejón from ArtBites will show you how to make the flavorful tomato-based soup while sharing the history of fideos from Asia and Spain to Mexican homes.
