Thank you for volunteering to co-host one of AARP Turnkey Programs pop-up events! We appreciate your willingness to engage with your local community through our exciting “game-fied” quick-learning experience. Our pop-ups:
Are a light touch engagement that takes consumers through a short, iPad-based educational experience
Include a fun game where guests can win prizes
Are deployed at fairs, festivals, expos, music events, etc.
Volunteers at pop-ups help with crowd control by guiding foot traffic into the booth, keeping a line formed during busy periods, helping guests complete the iPad knowledge check, and play the game to win a prize.

In addition to local in-person events, Turnkey Programs also partners with State Offices on Medicare & Social Security Virtual Seminars. These seminars act as a 101 guide to Medicare and Social Security and provide guests with the crucial information they need to make important life decisions.
These events are led by trained Livetech staff and subject-matter experts, with volunteers presenting a portion of the presentation. Turnkey will provide volunteers with a pre-drafted script to follow.
