Standing Pilates Class Focuses on Improving Upper Body
10-minute session also blends in dance and yoga moves for high-energy workout
This 10-minute low-impact strength class with coach Niki Pislis blends elements from Pilates, dance and yoga into a high-energy workout. It includes a combination of lifting, pulsing and isometric holds that is sure to leave you feeling stronger and more energized. All you need is a mat, though you can have a sturdy chair nearby for stability.
Remember to maintain regular breathing throughout and take breaks as needed. If you feel any resistance or pain, stretch carefully without overextending yourself.
