This Easy 5-Minute Yoga Class Focuses on Your Core

Your core is 360 degrees — your side obliques, front abdominals and the back. These muscles are the center of your stability, and strengthening them with yoga can improve your posture, reduce back pain and provide a solid base for all your movements.

This gentle five-minute yoga class is all on your mat and suitable for all levels. Follow along with coach Kimiko Fujimoto as she helps you focus on the positions that require you to engage your core muscles as well as work on strengthening and stabilizing your abdominals and lower back.
