It didn't work in China, with people, and it's not going to work here with dogs & cats. How about 1 dog, 1 cat, 1 guinea pig, 1 snake, 1 parot, 1 ferot, 1 monkey, and let's go over the top with a partridge in a pear tree. I'm not trying to be funny. As ridiculous as this sounds, so is what this commitee is trying to do. Oh by the way, do seeing eye & hearing ear dogs count as a "Pet" ? Taking care of an afflicted dog or cat count as a "Pet" ? e.g. crippled, blind, sick, etc. How about their quality of life, concerning Hospice care. Do they count as a "Pet" ? With trying to do something like this, there are always secret agendas behind them. Such as complaints from the "CHOSEN FEW". Don't even try to sell us a bunch of B.S. about the drop of real estate prices, due to the presence of pets. Hey, La Guana beach. WAKE UP. This will, at best, be unenforcable.
