WASHINGTON, DC  — Today, “The Dr. Oz Show” will introduce their ultimate comprehensive brain health plan featuring Staying Sharp, AARP’s subscription-based brain health platform.

During the episode, Dr. Oz breaks down the latest in Alzheimer’s research and offers advice on maintaining overall brain health and fitness. Joined by Dr. Sanjay Gupta and a team of experts, Dr. Oz introduces the ultimate brain health guide, including a sample of Staying Sharp’s Brain Health Assessment, which reveals your current brain health.

A complimentary portion of the Brain Health Assessment will be offered to 1,000 Dr. Oz Show viewers on www.doctoroz.com. The quiz reveals where you stand now empowering you to become informed on how to protect your brain in the future.

The First 4 questions include:

  • On average, how many days per week do you walk at least 20 minutes at a time?
  • How often do you experience stress at home or work?
  • How many servings of fish do you eat per week?
  • How often do you participate in group activities?

All ages are encouraged to track and measure their brain health status with Staying Sharp.

A Staying Sharp subscription costs $5.99 per month or $35.99 annually for access to free and premium recommended activities, brain-healthy recipes and games based upon the five brain health pillars: Move, Nourish, Relax, Discover, and Connect.
