The Day 2 Keynote Address from the AARP Livable Communities Transportation Workshop

Karina Ricks leads the Pittsburgh Department of Mobility and Infrastructure. She is the first director of the department, which works to design and implement a "complete network," establish resiliency projects around landslides and flooding, create policies and programs to manage emerging transportation (including shared services and autonomous vehicles), and develop strategies to address long-term sustainability.
