To help prevent and reduce evictions among residents, the City of Philadelphia launched an eviction prevention landlord-tenant mediation program which utilizes mediation, financial assistance, information, and referrals to reach mutually agreeable solutions in landlord-tenant disputes. The grant supported the Office of Community Empowerment & Opportunity partnered as they partnered with Philly 311 to establish a referral service for the program.

  • The AARP Community Challenge funds "quick-action" projects that build momentum for local change to improve livability for people of all ages.
