En español | Make a list of any questions about issues you’d like to discuss well in advance of your visit.

Don’t be shy or embarrassed to discuss anything with your doctor. Whether it’s a question about sexual function or the price of a drug, you should not be afraid to bring it up. In the interest of your health, you need to be candid. Your doctor should make you feel comfortable talking about any topic.

Consider bringing a family member or friend along to lend support, if needed.
