Be Part of the Solution

Today, more than 10 million people over 50 are living in poverty in the U.S. All told, more than 37 million are either already in poverty or just one life event away from slipping into it. You can help.

AARP Foundation Finances 50+SM is sponsored by and developed in collaboration with Charles Schwab Foundation.

AARP Foundation Finances 50+
is a series of three free financial education workshops:

  • Creating budgets and goals
  • Taking charge of credit and debt
  • Developing a savings plan and protecting your assets

Each 90-minute interactive in-person session is designed to help you build habits that can improve your financial situation. We are pleased to be able to offer AARP Foundation Finances 50+ with the support of local lead organizations in the following cities. Click a link to get more details and register for a class.

Don't see your city? You can download PDFs of the participant guide (PDF) and volunteer guide (PDF) for your own use.
