The AARP Employer Alliance

By signing this form, our organization affirms its intent to join the AARP Employer Alliance, a program designed to help employers attract, retain, and support employees over 50, while unlocking the full value of a multigenerational workforce.  

Additionally, if we opt to join Tier 2, we commit to taking one action per year to build an age-friendly workplace and agree to share the status of those actions annually.

This tier is for those who are ready to assess their current practices, expand their understanding, and become part of a community dedicated to progress.  

  • Benefits: Community membership, access to AARP resources, monthly newsletter, expert speaker series, and networking opportunities. 
  • Requirements: A senior leader with decision-making authority must register your organization. Intended for organizations large enough to have an HR department.

This tier is for those actively practicing—or immediately prepared to implement—policies that create multigenerational workforces where all ages thrive. Joining this tier signals that an organization has verified its commitment to real, measurable change.  

  • Benefits: In addition to Tier One benefits, this Tier includes access to working groups, coaching support and Tier 2 cohort calls, annual in-person Employer Summit, and recognition from AARP.  
  • Requirements: A senior leader with decision-making authority must register your organization and pledge to take one or more actions per year. Intended for larger organizations with at least 100 employees.
