Q:  Is Life Reimagined Shutting down?

A:  You can access Life Reimagined Content and a limited amount of resources at www.aarp.org/lifereimagined

Q:  I cannot access any programs, what happened?

A:  We have decided to review and streamline our offering.  As a result of these changes, some of the programs you had accessed in the past may not be available. 

Q:  How come I cannot sign up for Life Reimagined check-ups in my state?

A:  We are winding down the local in-person check-up program in 2017.  We will not offer Life Reimagined in-person check-ups in 2018. 

Q:  Why can’t I access my dashboard after September 24th?

A:  Life Reimagined strives to provide you the resources to enable you to get connected and be inspired to make changes in your life.  We continue to evolve our offering based on customer feedback and consumer usage/needs.  In an effort to streamline our offerings in response to consumer response, we have disabled the ability to create or maintain an account.  After September 24th, 2017 Life Reimagined will no longer offer the ability to create or maintain an account.  You will still be able to access Life Reimagined Content at www.aarp.org/lifereimagined.

Q:  I am in the middle of a Life Reimagined program; can I finish it after September 24th?

A:  In an effort to streamline our offerings, the ability to create or maintain an account will be disabled after September 24th.  As a result of these changes, all saved programs will need to be completed by the end of the day on September 24th. You will still be able to access Life Reimagined Content at www.aarp.org/lifereimagined.

Q:  I have more questions and would like to talk to a customer service representative?

A:  You can reach customer service at 866.451.4076 between the hours of 7 a.m. through 11 p.m. ET Monday to Friday.

Q:  I completed/saved an activity in the past on Life Reimagined.  Can I still have access to that data?

A:  In an effort to streamline our offerings, the ability to create or maintain an account was disabled on September 24th.  As a result of these changes, all saved information is no longer accessible. You will still be able to access Life Reimagined Content at www.aarp.org/lifereimagined.
