Life ReimaginedSM, an idea from AARP, was introduced at the 2012 Life@50+ event in New Orleans. Attendees lined up at iPad kiosks to take a journey of self-discovery through Calling Cards, an inventive way to reflect on your natural gifts and talents, and Unstuck, a digital approach to personal growth. Sharing stories in the Life Reimagined video booth and expressing dreams on the 60-foot by 11-foot "Lives Reimagined" illustration wall, attendees explored “what’s next” and inspired others with their ideas for reimagining their lives.
Hosts Jane Pauley and Alan Webber joined us center stage to share Life Reimagined stories from celebrities including Gladys Knight, Dan Marino and James “JB” Brown as well as from everyday people such as Betty Smith and Joe Castillo.
