What is health and wellness at AARP?

AARP is committed to helping people take control of their health as they age. By providing valuable tools, resources and information, AARP works with volunteers to help people enjoy healthier lives.

What do health and wellness volunteers do?

Volunteers can advocate for access to affordable health care and a strong Medicare program, share information on a range of health topics, provide opportunities to stay active through online wellness or fitness classes, and more.
