Body pride is empowering, but so is feeling and looking your best. It's 2018, so let's be honest and transparent: There are days when bloat, the scale or extra bulges get to us no matter what size we wear. Don't slump over your phone, hunch over in a C or stride from side to side. Good posture can delete five pounds by stretching your body upward.
