FROM OHIO

In 2016 when I was pregnant with my first child my mother went into the hospital, as the only one in my family who was not working I had to take care of my mother. She was hospitalized for her heart, an infection in her intenstines and pneumonia in one of her lungs. I have never received such devastating news the one side of her lungs was so badly scarred on the X-ray it was completely white. This hospital stay made me think about the future care of my mother who is now 64 years old. I can only hope that she continues to get stronger, there are still certain things wrong with her that will be risidual effects of that last hospital stay and she came home but either way I will always do whatever it takes to take care of her.
