The population of the United States is rapidly aging.

In fact, by 2030, 1 out of every 5 people in the nation will be 65 or older. The common thread among the cities, towns, counties and states enrolled in the AARP Network of Age-Friendly States and Communities is the belief that communities should be livable for people of all ages.
