AARP Foundation creates and advances effective solutions to reduce poverty for and with older adults. In 2022, the people AARP Foundation served received more than $726 million in income, benefits, refunds, and credits. We fought systemic injustice, and we helped older adults with low income seize opportunities to re-enter the workforce, bolster their budgets, give back to their communities, and recover from disasters.
But we didn’t do it alone. Our donors, partners, volunteers, board, and staff were united in a single purpose: to ensure that vulnerable older adults could secure the essentials.
Together, we made a difference.
