Summer is a great time to kick back and enjoy a cold one, but any time of year is a good time for beer. Public demand for craft brews—beers that are typically a blend of both traditional and non-traditional ingredients made by small, independent breweries—are on the rise. Even during the economic downturn in 2009, craft brewery sales went up.
