If my spouse is 62 or older, can she claim spouse benefits even if I am not at retirement age yet?

En español | In order for a husband or wife to begin receiving spouse benefits, both the breadwinner and the spouse must be at least age 62. In addition, the breadwinner must have filed for Social Security retirement benefits first before the spouse can receive spouse benefits based on the breadwinner's earnings.
