In her launch video on aarp.org, health and fitness ambassador Martina Navratilova shares her secret to top-notch health. Actually, she says, there is no secret. If you eat right and exercise regularly, your body will pay you back. But you may need to check your attitude. Some highlights: 
 

  • Don't let age stop you. Getting older means there's more reason to exercise, not less.
  • Test and tweak your diet and exercise program. Make your plan fit your life. 
  • Be patient. There will be ups and downs, weight setbacks and victories. Hang in there, and you'll see solid results.
