Ultra-marathoner Danny Dreyer has discovered an approach to running that could just revolutionize the sport, and keep more aging baby boomers running longer. Called "ChiRunning: A Revolutionary Approach to Effortless, Injury-Free Running," it combines the ancient principles of Tai Chi along with solid physics to help runners improve their performance, reduce injuries, and run with less effort.
Danny Dreyer explains his remarkable ChiRunning to host Mike Cuthbert, and previews his next work: ChiWalking!
