All Avis rates include unlimited free mileage at participating locations. In addition to the above discounts you will receive the following benefits at participating U.S. locations if the AARP Discount ID# is noted on your rental agreement:
- enhanced primary liability coverage of $25,000/$50,000/$10,000 at participating locations
- maximum personal liability of $5,000 for damages to the rental car at participating locations if you decline to purchase the loss/damage waiver option. Review your personal auto insurance policy to determine if you need to purchase this option; certain credit card companies may provide this benefit at no charge. If you do not purchase the waiver, the AARP benefit will limit your responsibility for damages to the rental car to no more than $5,000.
You will be required to present your AARP Membership card when picking up your rental to secure your special rates.
