Diane Welsh

Diane joined AARP's Public Policy Institute in October 2007 as a consultant providing support for both PPI and the newly created Center to Champion Nursing in America. She accepted the position of executive secretary in the nursing center in January 2008. She is currently a project specialist with PPI's Strategic Initiatives Team and is the point of contact for PPI's publications process.

Diane has been an employee at AARP for 20 years. She was previously a senior research information specialist in the Research Information Center (AARP Library) conducting research and due diligence for AARP staff and outside users. Before joining AARP, Diane was a library technician at the Urban Institute.
