Carlos Figueiredo, AARP

Carlos Figueiredo, M.A., Ph.D.

Carlos Figueiredo is a Senior Methods Advisor with the AARP Public Policy Institute, where he provides data analyses for public policy research projects that utilize large public use data sets. He is familiar with many large-scale public-use data and conducts policy analysis that requires complex programming, data manipulation, data analysis, and computer simulations. In addition to his extensive experience with AARP, he is an engineer by training, with graduate studies in Transportation and Policy Analysis, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Information and Decision Systems.
