More and more we’re reading stories in our newspapers that remind us that a key to healthy aging is staying active. You can’t pick up a magazine without finding articles about fitness. TV shows feature active grandparents. But wanting to keep fit and actually putting activity into your daily practice can be miles apart. It’s always easy to find some excuse to put it off until tomorrow.
Keep Active--Get Movin’ at 50 Plus will help you get started, increase activity safely, guide you to the best activity for you, and help you know if you’re doing too much. You'll feel good about yourself for taking these steps. You will start feeling stronger and more flexible. And, if you keep at it, you'll probably start eating better, feeling more energetic, coping better with stress, and generally living a healthier, more independent life.
