
Grammy winner Patti Austin is a world-acclaimed performer with 17 solo albums and numerous collaborations to her credit.
Her career began at age four when she sang at the Apollo Theater in Harlem with her godmother, Dinah Washington. Her most recent release, Avant-Gershwin, won a Grammy for Best Jazz Vocal Performance. During the 1970s Patti’s vocals backed up artists including Paul Simon, Roberta Flack, Luther Vandross and Diana Ross.
Quincy Jones featured Patti on his Grammy-winning classic The Dude. Patti’s early solo career included the Grammy-nominated hit "Baby Come To Me," a duet with James Ingram.
Patti’s charitable efforts include performing for AIDS-related organizations.
