Program Launch Date: December 15, 2026
1. At a Glance
Who we are. ASI Travel, Inc. ("ASI Travel") operates AARP GO and the AARP GO Loyalty Program. We are a subsidiary of AARP Services, Inc. and an affiliate of AARP. [Section 2]
What we collect. Your contact and AARP membership details, which AARP shares with us when you sign in, your Program activity (enrollment, Stamps, tier, balances), the bookings that qualify for rewards, and how you use the AARP GO website and the AARP GO booking pages our partners run. [Section 3]
Where it comes from. You; AARP, which shares your contact and membership details and confirms your membership when you sign in; and our booking partners Expedia and arrivia. [Section 3]
Why. To run the Program, apply your tier and rewards, provide service, and send marketing you have agreed to. [Section 4]
Who gets it. Expedia and arrivia get only what they need to apply your rewards and send AARP GO emails you've chosen. Neither gets the details of bookings you make with the other. AARP hosts the AARP GO website and also receives information you provide on it. Advertising partners receive some website activity. [Section 5]
Do we sell it or use it for targeted ads? We don't sell your information for money. We share some website activity with advertising partners to show you AARP GO ads on other websites, which some state laws call a sale or sharing. You can opt out. We don't use your Loyalty Program record or your bookings for this. [Section 7]
The Loyalty Program is optional. Members get rewards for eligible bookings, other Program activity and promotions. Because the Program uses your information, California law treats it as a financial incentive. Joining does not sign you up for marketing. Promotions, such as early enrollment, are described in our Notice of Financial Incentive (the Appendix to this policy), which also explains how we value your information. [Section 8]
Your choices. Access, correct, or delete your information, and opt out of sale, sharing and targeted ads: Your Privacy Choices. We honor Global Privacy Control. [Section 10]
Bookings. Expedia's and arrivia's own privacy notices cover the booking itself. This policy covers AARP GO and ASI Travel. [Section 2]
2. Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy covers personal information ASI Travel collects through the AARP GO website at aarp.org/travel, the AARP GO Loyalty Program, our customer service, and our emails.
Four organizations are involved when you use AARP GO. Each is responsible for different information.
| Organization | What it does | Policy that applies |
| ASI Travel | Operates AARP GO and the Loyalty Program | This policy |
AARP
|
Your AARP membership; shares your contact and membership details and confirms your membership when you sign in; hosts the AARP GO website and stores information collected on it; may use information you provide on the website for its own purposes | AARP Privacy Policy |

| arrivia | Cruise and guided vacation bookings on AARP GO powered by arrivia, online or with arrivia's agents by phone; issues GO Cruise Credits | arrivia privacy notice |
When you book with Expedia or arrivia, they handle your booking information as independent businesses under their own notices. When they handle AARP GO Program information or send AARP GO emails for us, they act on our instructions (Sections 5 and 6). AARP hosts the AARP GO website for us. Under our agreement with AARP, AARP may also use information you provide on the AARP GO website for its own purposes, as described in the AARP Privacy Policy (Section 5).
3. What we collect and where it comes from
| What we collect | Examples | Source |
| Contact and account | Name, email address and, where available, postal address and phone number | AARP, when you sign in; you, when you update your account or contact us |
| AARP membership | Membership status and AARP membership number | AARP, when you sign in through AARP.org |
| Loyalty Program record | Enrollment date; the terms and notices you were shown and when you agreed; Stamps; tier (including tier awarded through a promotion); GO Travel Cash and GO Cruise Credit balances and redemptions; promotion eligibility | You; Expedia; arrivia; created by us |

| Engagement activity | Activities on AARP GO that qualify for Stamps under the Program Terms or a promotion's terms | You |
| Communications and choices | Your marketing choices, unsubscribe requests, whether you open or click our emails, messages to customer service, survey answers and feedback | You; Expedia and arrivia when they send emails for us |
| Website use | Pages viewed, clicks, device and browser, approximate location from IP address, on the AARP GO website and on the AARP GO booking pages run by Expedia and arrivia | Automatically, through cookies and similar tools |
| Inferences | Travel interests we infer from your Program activity and website use | Created by us |
Information from AARP. When you sign in to AARP GO, AARP shares your name, contact details, membership status and membership number with us under a license agreement between AARP and ASI Travel. The AARP Privacy Policy describes how AARP handles your membership information. Once we receive it, this policy applies.
Each member has their own account. If two people in a household are AARP members, each needs their own AARP online account and gets rewards separately.
4. How we use it
Run the Loyalty Program: enroll you, confirm your membership, award Stamps, set your tier, track and apply your rewards, and tell Expedia and arrivia what they need to apply your rewards.
Run promotions: decide who qualifies and apply promotional tier status or rewards (Section 8).
Provide service: answer questions and fix problems with your account or rewards.
Marketing: send AARP GO emails you have agreed to, and show you offers on the AARP GO website, including offers based on your Program activity and travel interests.
Improve AARP GO: understand how members use the website and the Program, including through surveys and feedback you choose to give.
Security and legal: prevent fraud and misuse of the Program, protect accounts, and comply with law.
5. Who we share it with
Each recipient has one role for each kind of information. The role decides what they may do with it.
| Recipient | Role | What they receive | What they may do with it |
| Service providers (hosting, customer service, email delivery, analytics) | Work for us | Contact and account, Loyalty Program record, communications and choices, website use | Only what we instruct; not for their own purposes |
| Expedia | Works for us for Program information and AARP GO emails | Your AARP membership number and member identifier, enrollment status, Stamp count and tier (including promotional tier, before and after launch), and your GO Travel Cash balance; for AARP GO emails, your name, email address and marketing choices | Apply the right rewards and member pricing for your tier, and show your balance and tier on its booking pages, including when its agents help you book by phone, and send AARP GO emails for us (Section 6) |
| arrivia | Works for us for Program information and AARP GO emails | Your member identifier, enrollment status and earned tier (not promotional tier); for AARP GO emails, your name, email address and marketing choices | Issue and apply your GO Cruise Credits, including the enhanced redemption value for Program members, on cruise and guided vacation bookings, including when its agents help you book by phone, and send AARP GO emails for us (Section 6) |
| AARP, as website host | Works for us | Information collected on the AARP GO website | Host and store it for us |
| AARP, for its own purposes | Affiliate | Information you provide on the AARP GO website, including that you enrolled | Use it for its own purposes, under the AARP Privacy Policy |
| Advertising partners | Third party | Online identifiers and website activity | Show you AARP GO ads on other websites and measure them |
| A buyer or successor | Third party | Information related to the part of the business transferred | Continue the services under this policy |
| Law enforcement, courts, regulators | Legal requirement | What the law requires | As required by law |
What partners don't get. We do not give Expedia the details of bookings you make with arrivia or give arrivia the details of bookings you make with Expedia. Expedia receives your Stamp count and tier, and arrivia receives your earned tier, but not the bookings behind them.
Bookings are separate. Expedia and arrivia each also handle your booking information as independent businesses, under their own privacy notices. Reward information that appears in a booking (for example, the GO Travel Cash a booking qualifies for) is part of that booking record.
6. Marketing emails
Joining the Loyalty Program does not sign you up for marketing. You get AARP GO marketing emails only if you choose them, using a separate box that is not pre-checked.
Marketing emails our partners send for us. Two partners send some AARP GO marketing emails for us: Expedia, for hotels, flights, cars, packages, activities and cruises, and arrivia, for cruises and guided vacations. When they do this, they follow our instructions. They use your information only to send those emails and may not use it for their own marketing.
One unsubscribe covers all AARP GO marketing. You can opt out using the link in any AARP GO email or in your AARP GO account. Once you do, we and our partners will stop sending you AARP GO marketing emails within 10 business days. Opting out does not stop emails about your bookings or your Program account.
Your own relationships with Expedia and arrivia. If you sign up for emails directly with Expedia or arrivia outside AARP GO, their privacy notices apply, and you unsubscribe from those emails with them.
If you signed up for AARP Travel Center emails. We are moving AARP travel emails to AARP GO, which ASI Travel operates. Before we send you AARP GO marketing, we will tell you about the change and give you a chance to opt out. If you already unsubscribed, we will keep honoring that choice.
7. Do we sell your information or use it for targeted ads?
We don't sell your information for money. We do share some website activity with advertising partners to show you AARP GO ads on other websites, which some state laws call a sale or sharing. We never do this with your Loyalty Program record or your bookings.
| What we collect | Sold or shared? | Used for targeted ads? | To whom |
| Contact and account | No | No | — |
| AARP membership | No | No | — |
| Loyalty Program record | No | No | — |
| Bookings that qualify for rewards | No | No | — |
| Engagement activity | No | No | — |
| Communications and choices | No | No | — |
| Website use | Yes | Yes | Advertising partners |
| Inferences | No | No | — |
We use your Program activity and travel interests to show you offers on the AARP GO website itself. We do not give that information to advertising partners.
We don't knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. You can opt out at Your Privacy Choices or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
8. The AARP GO Loyalty Program and financial incentives
The Program is optional and opt-in. The AARP GO Loyalty Program is a rewards program open to AARP members at no additional cost. You join by signing in with your AARP.org account and selecting "Join and Agree" after reviewing the AARP GO Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, the AARP GO Terms of Use, this policy and its Appendix, the Notice of Financial Incentive. Signing in alone does not enroll you, and we do not share Program information with Expedia or arrivia until you join.
What the Program offers. Members collect Stamps and move between tiers (GO Basic, GO Preferred, GO Elite). Members get GO Travel Cash on eligible hotel and package bookings made through AARP GO powered by Expedia; GO Travel Cash can be redeemed starting March 31, 2027. GO Preferred and GO Elite members also get tier pricing on participating hotels. Members get 500 Trip Cruise Credits after completing an eligible cruise or guided vacation booked through AARP GO powered by arrivia, and get enhanced redemption value when they use GO Cruise Credits, including Annual Cruise Credits, on cruises and guided vacations. Members may also receive rewards through promotions and other offers we make from time to time. The full rules are in the Program Terms.
Promotions. From time to time, we offer limited-time promotions to members who enroll in or take part in the Program, such as a higher starting tier for members who enroll before the Program launches. Each promotion is described in its promotion terms and in our Notice of Financial Incentive, which explains how we calculated the value of the incentive.
What it's worth. Under California law, the Program and its promotions are financial incentives because they depend on collecting and using your information. Our Notice of Financial Incentive (the Appendix to this policy) describes each incentive, the information involved, how to opt in and withdraw, and how we calculated the value of your information.
Leaving the Program. You can withdraw at any time by calling 1-888-687-2277. If you withdraw, you lose your tier (including any promotional tier), your GO Travel Cash and GO Cruise Credit balances, and any pending awards, and you do not get promotional status back if you re-enroll later. If your AARP membership lapses or is cancelled, your Program activity pauses; if you renew within six months, we restore your balances, your tier is based on the Stamps you earned in the prior calendar year, and any promotional tier is restored for the rest of its stated period. If you renew later, your balances are forfeited and you restart in GO Basic. If AARP tells us it can no longer confirm your membership, or that we may no longer use AARP's information about you, we will close your Program account as described in the Program Terms; if the issue is resolved and you re-enroll within six months, we restore your balances and tier. If you withdraw, you keep the Annual Cruise Credits all AARP members receive, at the standard redemption value.
Opting out of sale or targeted ads. You keep all Program benefits if you opt out.
Annual Cruise Credits. AARP members who visit AARP GO powered by arrivia receive Annual Cruise Credits each year, whether or not they join the Program. Joining does not change the number of Annual Cruise Credits you receive. Program members get enhanced redemption value when they use them on cruises and guided vacations; our Notice of Financial Incentive describes that benefit. To issue Annual Cruise Credits, arrivia receives confirmation of your AARP membership when you sign in to AARP GO powered by arrivia, whether or not you join the Program.
9. Sensitive information
We collect sensitive information only when you give it to us for a specific request, such as an accessibility need you raise with customer service. We use it only to handle that request. We don't sell it, use it for targeted ads, or use it to infer things about you. Booking details such as passport numbers and accessibility requests for a trip go to Expedia or arrivia, under their notices, and do not reach ASI Travel. If you live in Washington or Nevada, AARP’s Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle health-related information, such as an accessibility need.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
Show you the information we have about you, or give you a copy, including information collected more than 12 months ago
Correct information that's wrong
Delete your information. Deleting your Program information ends your Program membership and forfeits your balances and tier
Stop selling or sharing it, or using it for targeted ads
Stop marketing emails (Section 6)
To make a request, use Your Privacy Choices or call 1-888-687-2277. We verify your identity for access, correction and deletion requests; opt-out requests don't need verification. You can see whether we've processed your opt-out, including one sent through Global Privacy Control, at Your Privacy Choices. You can use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal at Your Privacy Choices.
Requests to AARP, Expedia or arrivia. A request to ASI Travel covers what ASI Travel holds, including Program information our partners hold for us. Requests about your AARP membership, or about AARP's own use of information from the AARP GO website, go to AARP, and requests about your bookings go to Expedia or arrivia, under their notices.
State-specific details. Nevada: we don't sell covered information as Nevada law defines it; Nevada residents can still make an opt-out request at 1-888-687-2277.
11. Retention, security, children, changes, contact
How long we keep it.
Loyalty Program record: while you are enrolled, then 24 months; balances are held for six months after a membership lapse or cancellation, or after we close your Program account at AARP's request, so we can restore them.
Enrollment and consent records (what you were shown and when you agreed): five years after you leave, to show what you agreed to.
Promotion records: for as long as the promotional benefit applies and 24 months afterward, to resolve questions and meet audit obligations (for the Early Enrollment Promotion, through December 31, 2029).
Marketing opt-outs: as long as needed to keep honoring them.
Security. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the information. No system is completely secure.
Children. AARP GO and the Program are for adults. You must be 18 or older to join the Program. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes. We post updates here with a new effective date. For material changes, we notify Program members by email before they take effect. We will not use Program information in a materially different way, or share it more widely, without your consent.

Appendix: AARP GO Loyalty Program Notice of Financial Incentive
Effective October 20, 2026 · Last updated October 20, 2026
1. About this Notice
ASI Travel, Inc. ("ASI Travel," "we," "us") operates AARP GO and the AARP GO Loyalty Program (the "Program"). ASI Travel is a subsidiary of AARP Services, Inc. and a separate company from AARP.
The Program gives you rewards in exchange for information about you and your Program activity. As a result, the Program may be considered a financial incentive program under California law. This Notice explains each incentive we offer, the personal information involved, how to join and leave, and the relationship between the value of your personal information and the rewards and benefits offered through the Program. We show this Notice to you before you join.
This Notice is the Appendix to the AARP GO Privacy Policy and should be read with it and with the AARP GO Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms"). If they differ on how the Program works, the Program Terms control.
2. The Program incentive
The Program is free and optional. It launches on December 15, 2026.
Stamps and tiers. Members earn Stamps and move between three tiers: GO Basic, GO Preferred and GO Elite. Your tier is based on the Stamps you earn in a calendar year: GO Basic (0-4 Stamps), GO Preferred (5-14) and GO Elite (15 or more). You earn Stamps on completed bookings (for example, one Stamp per hotel night or cruise cabin night) and through promotions and other activities, as set out in the Program Terms. How long you keep a tier is also set out in the Program Terms.
GO Travel Cash. Members earn GO Travel Cash on eligible hotel and package bookings made through AARP GO powered by Expedia, online or with Expedia's agents by phone: 3% at GO Basic, 4.5% at GO Preferred and 6% at GO Elite. GO Travel Cash can be redeemed starting March 31, 2027. Each $1 of GO Travel Cash takes $1 off the price of an eligible booking made through AARP GO powered by Expedia, excluding taxes and fees. GO Travel Cash is a Program reward, not money, and has no cash value. Flights, cruises, and car rentals and activities booked outside a package do not earn GO Travel Cash.
Tier pricing. GO Preferred and GO Elite members get tier pricing on 10,000 participating hotels booked through AARP GO powered by Expedia: savings of 15% or more at GO Preferred and 20% or more at GO Elite.
GO Cruise Credits. Members earn 500 Trip Cruise Credits for each completed cruise or guided vacation booked through AARP GO powered by arrivia, online or with arrivia's agents by phone. Trip Cruise Credits expire 12 months after they are issued. Members also get enhanced redemption value when they use GO Cruise Credits, including Annual Cruise Credits, on cruises and guided vacations. The amount you can apply varies by tier and by cruise or guided vacation, and is shown when you book. GO Cruise Credits are not money and have no cash value.
Annual Cruise Credits. AARP members who visit AARP GO powered by arrivia receive Annual Cruise Credits each calendar year (2,000 in 2027), whether or not they join. Annual Cruise Credits expire on December 31 of the year they are issued. Joining does not change how many you receive, but it does give you the enhanced redemption value described above. That enhanced value is part of the Program incentive covered by this Notice; the Annual Cruise Credits themselves are not.
3. Early Enrollment Promotion
Summary. From 12:00 a.m. ET on October 20, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. ET on December 14, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), ASI Travel offers an additional incentive to AARP members who join the Program. Members who join during the Promotion Period start in the GO Preferred tier when the Program launches, currently scheduled for December 15, 2026, instead of GO Basic, and keep at least GO Preferred status through December 31, 2027. Members who join after December 1, 2026 will receive GO Preferred status within [28] days after launch.
What GO Preferred provides compared with GO Basic.
GO Travel Cash earned at 4.5% (instead of 3%) on eligible hotel and package bookings made through AARP GO powered by Expedia. GO Travel Cash can be redeemed starting March 31, 2027.
GO Preferred pricing on participating hotels.
Material terms. You must have an active AARP membership and be enrolled in the Program on the launch date. You keep at least GO Preferred status through December 31, 2027. If you earn enough Stamps to qualify for a higher tier, you move to that tier. Starting January 1, 2028, your tier is based on the Stamps you earned in 2027 under the Program Terms, which may place you in a lower tier. If your AARP membership lapses and you reinstate it within the six-month grace period, your promotional status is restored through December 31, 2027. If you reinstate after the grace period, you start in GO Basic. If launch is delayed, GO Preferred status applies on the actual launch date. Limit one per member. The promotion is governed by the Early Enrollment Promotion terms and, after the award, by the Program Terms.
Personal information involved. The promotion collects no personal information beyond what is collected when you join the Program. To apply it, we use your enrollment date and record your promotional tier status. Before and after launch, we share your AARP GO member identifier and promotional tier status with Expedia so the correct earn rate and pricing apply to your account. We do not share promotional tier status with arrivia.
How to opt in. Join the Program during the Promotion Period as described in Section 5 of this Notice.
If you withdraw. You lose GO Preferred status awarded through this promotion, along with any GO Travel Cash balance and pending awards, and you do not regain the promotional status if you re-enroll later.
What this incentive is worth. We calculated the value of this incentive using the same method described in Section 8 of this Notice, considering the expenses of providing GO Preferred benefits instead of GO Basic benefits, including the additional GO Travel Cash and GO Preferred hotel pricing. The value an individual member receives will vary depending on the member's eligible booking activity, applicable rates and offers, and use of Program benefits.
4. Personal information involved
To run the Program, we use the following information. Section 3 of the Privacy Policy describes it in full.
Contact and account: name, email address.
AARP membership: membership status and AARP membership number, confirmed by AARP when you sign in.
Loyalty Program record: enrollment date; the terms and notices you were shown and when you agreed; Stamps; tier, including tier awarded through a promotion; GO Travel Cash and GO Cruise Credit balances and redemptions; promotion eligibility.
Bookings that earn rewards: what you booked, travel dates, the eligible booking amount, a booking reference and booking status (completed, cancelled, refunded or disputed), received from Expedia and arrivia.
Engagement activity: actions on AARP GO that earn Stamps under the Program Terms or a promotion's terms.
What we share to run the Program. We give Expedia your AARP membership number, AARP GO member identifier, enrollment status, Stamp count and tier (including promotional tier), and your GO Travel Cash balance. We give arrivia your AARP GO member identifier, enrollment status and earned tier (not promotional tier), so it can issue Trip Cruise Credits and apply enhanced redemption value. Expedia's and arrivia's agents can see this information when they help you book by phone. Neither receives the details of bookings you make with the other. Section 5 of the Privacy Policy explains each recipient's role.
5. How to opt in
Sign in with your AARP.org account and select "Join and Agree" after reviewing the Program Terms, the AARP GO Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and this Notice. You are not enrolled until you complete that step. Signing in alone does not enroll you, and we do not share Program information with Expedia or arrivia until you join. Joining does not sign you up for marketing.
6. How to withdraw
You can withdraw at any time by calling 1-888-687-2277. If you withdraw, you lose your tier (including any promotional tier), your GO Travel Cash and GO Cruise Credit balances, and any pending awards, and you do not get promotional status back if you re-enroll later. You keep receiving Annual Cruise Credits as an AARP member, at the standard redemption value. Asking us to delete your Program information also ends your Program membership.
If your AARP membership lapses or is cancelled, your Program activity pauses. If you renew within six months, we restore your balances, and your tier is based on the Stamps you earned in the prior calendar year. If you renew later, your balances are forfeited and you restart in GO Basic. If AARP tells us it can no longer confirm your membership, or that we may no longer use AARP's information about you, we close your Program account as described in the Program Terms; if the issue is resolved and you re-enroll within six months, we restore your balances and tier. Withdrawing does not affect your AARP membership or your ability to book travel through AARP GO.
7. Joining is your choice
You do not have to join. AARP members who don't join can still use AARP GO and book travel; they do not earn Stamps, GO Travel Cash or Trip Cruise Credits, receive tier pricing, or get enhanced redemption value on GO Cruise Credits. They still get AARP member pricing (savings of 10% or more on more than 500,000 hotels), and still receive Annual Cruise Credits and can use them at the standard redemption value. We do not charge a higher price or give a lower level of service to members who choose not to join, other than the Program benefits described in this Notice, such as tier pricing and enhanced redemption value on GO Cruise Credits.
You keep all Program benefits if you opt out of the sale or sharing of your information or of targeted advertising.
8. How we value your information
Applicable law permits certain loyalty program benefits and financial incentives when the value of the benefits is reasonably related to the value of the consumer's information to the business.
The information associated with participation helps us operate and administer the Program, provide Program benefits, understand how members use AARP GO, and analyze and improve the Program and AARP GO.
We calculated the value of the personal information associated with the Program by considering the expenses related to offering Program benefits, including GO Travel Cash, Cruise Credits, tier pricing, and the costs of operating the Program and storing and maintaining Program information. On that basis, we believe in good faith that the value of this information is reasonably related to the value of the benefits members receive. Because benefits depend on each member's booking activity, the value an individual member receives will vary.
9. Changes and contact
We update this Notice when we add or change an incentive, and each new promotion gets its own section. The Last updated date shows when this Notice last changed.
