These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the AARP® GO Loyalty Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge the AARP® GO Privacy Policy (https://www.aarp.org/travel/privacy-policy/), and agree to these Terms, the Website Terms of Use (https://www.aarp.org/travel/travel/terms-of-use/) and the Notice of Financial Incentive (currently appended to the AARP GO Privacy Policy), applicable to the Program (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not enroll and do not participate.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By enrolling in this Program, you agree to the following Terms:
1) Program Eligibility and AARP Membership Requirement
1.1 General Eligibility. The Program is only open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and United States territories, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Corporations, companies, groups, organizations, travel agencies, travel advisors, and other commercial intermediaries may not participate in the Program. Program accounts are for personal and non-commercial use only. The Program is void where prohibited.
1.2 AARP Membership Required. The Program is available only to AARP Members who join and maintain an active AARP membership status (“AARP Members”).
1.3 AARP.org Account Required. As an AARP Member, you must have or create an AARP.org account to be eligible to participate in the Program. Until you have created an AARP.org account, your AARP membership status is verified, and you have enrolled in the Program, you are not deemed a participant for purposes of the Program (“Participant”).
1.4 Enrollment; Opt-In Consent. AARP Members are eligible to enroll in the Program at no charge. Enrollment occurs only upon the AARP Member’s affirmative act (e.g., selecting “Join and Agree”) after presentation of these Terms, the Website Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Notice of Financial Incentive applicable to the Program. Because the Program is a financial incentive program, participation is effective only upon the AARP Member’s prior opt-in consent, which the AARP Member may revoke at any time as described in Section 13.4 below. We will not create a Program account for you, and we will not share Program-related data with Expedia, Arrivia, or AARP, before you affirmatively enroll by selecting “Join and Agree”. Verification of your AARP membership and AARP.org account status before enrollment is governed by the AARP Privacy Policy and our data license with AARP, not by these Terms.
1.5 Tiers. The Program includes three loyalty tiers. Tier names, benefits, and determinations are described in Section 3 below.
1.6 No Transfer / No Household Pooling. There will be no GO Travel Cash or GO Cruise Credit transfers or pooling between AARP Members or within a household membership under one AARP Membership number.

We may share Program data with AARP, Expedia, (including without limitation, booking confirmation, reporting, GO Travel Cash administration and non-cruise and guided vacations fulfillment), Arrivia (for cruise and guided vacation booking confirmation, GO Cruise Credits administration, and sign-on authentication), and other travel suppliers only as necessary to operate the Program, confirm eligibility, process reward issuance and redemption activity, provide customer support, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain accurate Program records, and satisfy legal or contractual obligations. AARP may tell us that we may no longer use AARP’s information about you or contact you. If that happens, we will within ten (10) business days stop using AARP’s information about you, stop sending you Program communications, close your Program account under Section 9.6 above, and instruct Expedia and Arrivia to stop processing your Program data for us. Because we may be required to stop contacting you, we may not be able to tell you that your Program account has been closed. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, A PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED.
