McCook will guide you through gentle movements you can practice daily to help keep your spine strong and awaken your entire body. You’ll start with a warm-up to release excess tension, then move on to conditioning exercises aimed at improving strength and wellness. Props that you may want to have on hand: a mat and two tennis balls. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
