How can I tell if my former spouse is collecting a benefit on my Social Security record? If they are, will it affect me when I retire at 65?

En español | You have the right to know the names, dates of entitlement, and benefit amounts of all people receiving benefits based on your Social Security earnings record.  You do not have the right to any other information such as addresses or other personal information.  Their entitlement on your record will not affect your benefit when you retire.
