Workout suggestions. AARP focuses on helping older people who want to exercise without buying expensive equipment or spending for classes. Our experts have put together home workouts that will help you meet your fitness goals safely. You can find daily training sessions at aarp.org/stayingfit.

Free online events. AARP’s Virtual Community Center presents frequent virtual sessions led by health and fitness experts. Free outdoor fitness parks. AARP partnered with the nonprofit FitLot to build outdoor fitness parks designed for users of all ages and abilities in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. You can find a list of all 53 parks on fitlot.org/aarp.
