I could really relate to Drew Barrymore’s interview [“Is Drew Barrymore Really All Grown Up?”]. I also grew up with a very traumatic childhood. I’m almost 56 now, and I decided at age 50 to let the pain go. You have a choice to hold on to the past—or create a brighter future.

Congratulations, Drew Barrymore. You’re one of my favorite actors and talk show hosts. I think you’ll enjoy being 50 vs. 20. As women at this age, we learn a lot about ourselves and are more at peace with it.

It’s amazing how things can change. Drew’s story is a great example of how diamonds and their beauty are created by pressure!

I feel so honored they are representing the 50-and-over club. I’ve followed these two amazing women my entire life. This is awesome.

I find it refreshing to read about Kevin Bacon and the questions he answered. He’s a normal guy making a living, doing what he loves and living in a loving marriage with a talented wife!

More emphasis should have been placed on the presence of nanoplastics in bottled water [“Water, Water Everywhere”] and in any product bottled in plastic containers. Recent studies have shown that nanoplastics have been found in the human reproductive system, in the brains of dolphins and at great depths in the open ocean.

I enjoyed reading “100 Years of the Appalachian Trail.” I was surprised the article didn’t reference Grandma Gatewood’s Walk, a fascinating read about an older woman whose hikes raised awareness to support and maintain the Appalachian Trail.

The article “No Retirement for Me” by Jonathan Clements was the most profound and powerful article I have read in the magazine!
