Woodstock Remembered

In August 1969, the Woodstock Music and Art Fair drew hundreds of thousands of music fans and dozens of performers to a concert that has been called one of the greatest moments in rock history. Listen to some of the voices and music as you view memorable images from that celebrated summer weekend.

Excerpts in this slideshow are from from Paul Ingles' two-hour public radio documentary "Back to the Garden: Woodstock Remembered," produced in association with Joe Makower, author of the book Woodstock: The Oral History.
