South Carolina voters go to the polls on Nov. 2 to decide the races for Governor, Lt. Governor and other constitutional officers. There are also local races that will be decided that day as well.
AARP South Carolina will team up with several groups to help you understand where the candidates stand on issues important to residents 50+.
Candidates in the Lt. Governor’s race have been invited to attend a candidate forum on Oct. 5 at 5:30 pm at the Newberry Opera House. The Lt. Governor is charged with the leadership and operation of the state’s Office on Aging.
