Electric bill sky high? You’re not alone. AARP South Dakota recently held a telephone townhall on the issue of utilities. During the call, many participants relayed their struggles with increasing utility costs while living on a fixed income. And, in an unscientific poll conducted during the call, 90 percent of those who responded indicated affording their utility bill was a minor or major concern.
