Whether celebrities or not, many of us have experienced a crisis that threatens our reputations and strains relationships. Judy Smith has made a career out of crisis management for those in the limelight — so well, in fact, that a television show, Scandal, is based on her work. In her new book, Good Self, Bad Self, she details her handling of high-profile setbacks and what the rest of us can learn from them.
