Presiden Obama's and former governor Mitt Romney's heath laws have similarities and differences.
Both laws imposed new rules on the insurance industry to protect consumers from having their coverage canceled or denied because of preexisting conditions, and both imposed requirements on employers to provide coverage or pay into the system.
