Getting fit can be overwhelming. Dr. Vonda Wright at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center offers insight to ways you can start exercising later in life. Wright's PRIMA START program is designed to move sedentary people off the couch onto the road.
Wright's own father, Gene Wright, is living proof why people should make the commitment to becoming fit. After Gene underwent open heart surgery, doctors told him that his habit of exercising is what saved his life.
