9/11 Volunteers Form
Tell us how 9/11 inspired you to volunteer or give back to your community in new and different ways
We are looking for stories of men and women whose lives were transformed by the events of September 11, 2001. But perhaps not in ways you might think.
Maybe the attacks made you realize that your life needed a change in direction, and now you're volunteering or serving your community in a way that’s quite different than you were on September 10, 2001. Or maybe you know other people whose lives took such a turn.
It’s important to note that your story may have nothing specific to do with 9/11 or its aftermath. What’s important is the impact the events had on you.
We may contact you for more information, and for some people, we may request to photograph you or interview you about your volunteer or service work and tell your story in special 9/11 anniversary content on AARP.org.
