Stay Connected Through the New Volunteer Portal

The New Volunteer Portal, a one-stop shop for volunteer records.

After the years of service we gave to AARP, I know the feeling of wanting to stay in touch about AARP’s key initiatives and resource materials. One of the best resources that you have at your fingertips is the New Volunteer Portal. This online tool, launched this fall, serves as a one-stop shop for volunteer records. Volunteers also really like the Libraries tab, which is a searchable repository of tip sheets and timely documents on key activities, including a link to each month’s volunteer tele-town hall.

To access the New Volunteer Portal, you must first be part of the AARP Community, which is part of AARP’s main Web page, and then go to volunteer.aarp.org. Please watch the AARP Alumni Facebook page for notices about introductory sessions on the portal. If you have any questions or need help using the portal, please call the Office of Volunteer Engagement Help Line at 866-740-7719.
