If your diet has been all over the map this holiday, start the week with a hearty bowl of oatmeal. This extraordinary recipe calls for apples, raisins and walnuts, along with a few tablespoons of Irish whiskey. But if you have had enough holiday cheer for the week, leave that out!


Southeast Asian-Style Vegetable Stew

This one-dish meal will be ready in under an hour. The flavors of lime and coconut in the broth are a refreshing change from some of the heavy sauces and ingredients from our favorite holiday feasts.


Pumpkin Ravioli With Fried Sage
