1 veggie burger
1 whole wheat hamburger bun
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons reduced fat mayonnaise
4 fresh spinach leaves
2 medium tomato slices
1. Cook the burger according to the package directions; keep warm.
2. Spread the mustard on one half of the hamburger bun and the mayonnaise on the other half. Place the burger on the bottom half, then layer with the spinach leaves and tomato slices. Place top half of bun over all.
3. Serve with one medium apple.
