Ever since the first First Family picked up a knife and fork, people have been keeping track of what the president is eating.
Now a librarian at the Library Of Congress has compiled a fascinating resource list that includes stories of snapping turtles, snow custard, and state dinners with little snafus that had to be dealt with pretty quickly.
