Helen Mirren and Jane Fonda hit the runway in Paris this week. The two septuagenarians modeled for L’Oréal in an open-air fashion show at the Champs-Élysées. Eighteen fashion houses showcased clothing, hair and makeup trends.

Mirren, 72, walked in a tailored royal-blue ensemble consisting of a coat, pants and a cane, and Fonda wore a bronze zebra-print maxi dress.
Fonda, 79, said she enjoyed it very much. “It’s hard to believe I just did that on the Champs-Élysées.” And she was pleased to pull it off without a mishap. “I liked it very much. I did not fall over.”
