Movies for Grownups, All Grown Up

A star-filled night celebrated those who make movies for us

Photos don't lie. If the star power at this year's Movies for Grownups gala is any indication, our little franchise — just 14 years old — has come of age. Joining us were a who's who of Hollywood talent, many of them winners of a Golden Globe, an Oscar, or both: J.K. Simmons, Richard Linklater, Julianne Moore, Eddie Redmayne and Patricia Arquette, to name a few. We also honored Kevin Costner for his long and storied career. Congrats to all — through their work, they have portrayed older adults with dignity and grace, and for that we salute them on your behalf.
