Throughout the centuries men and women have made color pictures on their skin.
Now the Independence Seaport Museum in Philadelphia is fielding an interesting exhibit - "Skin and Bones: Tattoos in the Life of the American Sailor" - which looks at the colorful images American sailors have on their bodies - and these tattoos aren’t just images of women.
